The Vocational Training Authority (VTA) is one of the very few institutions that offer Pre Trade Prep and also functions as an accredited decentralised Trade Test Centre.

We are also one of the few training centres that have access to merSETA and QCTO accredited workshops for the practical aspects of training.

The Training Centre is committed to training excellence and the empowerment through the promotion of skills development.

WHO WE ARE

The Vocational Training Authority (VTA) has an established Technical Training Centre that trains artisans and offers Trade Test Prep and Trade Testing in various technical and mechanical fields.

VTA is fully accredited by NAMB and merSETA for various technical qualifications as a training provider for the following trades:
